What: Adding the Hospice Summary Star Rating for the 8 reported CAHPS measures to the Explore and Analyze pages, not all agencies have a rating. For those, it will say 'No Star Rating Available for this NPI"

Location Filters > After selecting a State/County/City in the location filter, an abbreviation of the selection will appear at the top of the column header
- What? Example: After selecting a state in the location filter, the state's abbreviation will appear at the top of the County sub-filter to indicate that the displayed counties belong to the selected state
- Why? Better user experience by clarifying the data shown
Admin > Users > Add/Edit Users - Add SyncID for Users
- What? Add ability to update SyncID for Users
- Why? Allow admin users the ability to update user accounts with sync IDs as part of the integration process for CRM

2 - Reports > Add MA Contracts Feature!!
- What? - Allowing Hospice agencies to search for MA Contracts in their service areas with the most recent enrollment files
- Why? - Gain deeper insights into high-value MA contracting opportunities by identifying contracts with members in your service areas and analyzing historical patient utilization trends to make smarter contracting decisions
3 - Explore > Location Filters > Updating data source for location filters
- What? - Previously, the Location filter displayed ZIP codes corresponding to NPI ZIPs for which Medicare FFS & Vendor data is available. We are updating the underlying data source to display all ZIP codes available within the filter.
- Why? - Better user experience to show all available ZIP codes, even if data within that ZIP code is not present
4 - Analyze Pages > Patient Population > Patient Location - County > Changed "Other" Counties to "Aggregated <11"
- What? - Changing wording from "Other" to "Aggregated <11"
- Why? - Providing a clearer representation of the data, as aggregated <11 county options include any counties where fewer than 11 patients were serviced based on patient location.
