Leave behinds help your contact to remember a conversation with you and to take action based on the interaction. This article contains step by step instructions for leveraging the Trella Leave Behind Templates.
You will need to determine the level of personalization that you intend to include on the leave behind. While we recommend that all leave behinds position the strengths of your organization, you may also decide to include:
- Message and metrics for a particular physician specialty
- Sales rep contact information
- Metrics specific to the referral source in your conversation
Increasing the personalization means the leave behind will be less broadly applicable, but can also increase it effectiveness to a specific contact. Our examples include 1 and 2 above.
Once you've settled on your personalization approach, use the Physician Leave Behind Template at the end of this article to build your leave behind.
Title and Agency Background Pages
To get your metrics, create a Presentation on the Analyze page in Marketscape. Review your metrics and select ones that show off your organization's strengths. Don't forget to explore the Diagnostic Category and Acuity filters!
We've provided five different options in the template. You don't have to use them all. The options are:
- Combination of the next three
- Average Visits - Last Three Days
- Average Visits - Last Seven Days
- Average Length of Stay
- Agency Quality Summary
Once you've decided on the best metrics, download or snip the desired charts for inclusion in the template.
