Many customers utilize a CRM to capture salesperson assignments to named accounts. Marketscape has a similar function for assignments that allows you to assign a single user to a given account for each line of business (Home Health, Hospice, or SNF).
Users can assign accounts individually as explained in our article on Provider Information, but you may also use the Bulk Assignment Template below if you’d like to update a large number of assignments from your CRM. Follow these steps:
- From your CRM, export the assignments including the assigned user's email, NPI, and Line of Business.
- Fill out the Bulk Assignment Template.
- Email the completed template to support. We will upload it for you.
