Create Comparison Lists for Additional Provider Types

We made Comparison Lists available for all provider types. The creation of Comparison Lists and the ability to add NPIs to the list were previously only available for Home Health Agencies. You can now create Physician and Facility specific lists.

In addition, we added Comparison Lists as a filter on the Explore page. Previously, comparison lists were accessible through the Saved Views dropdown. You can use this new placement of the filter to drill down on the Explore table either by selecting individual NPIs or all NPIs within the list. You can also combine this filter with other available filters and create a new Saved View to further narrow your results.

View Benchmarks on Facility Insights

We added state and county benchmarks, as well as arrows that indicate the trend, on Facility Insights to highlight the percent increase or decrease from the previous year. You can find these on the top of Facility Analyze pages to better understand the context around utilization, including comparisons against state and county benchmarks.

Select Multiple Counties in the Market Share Report

We added the ability to select up to three counties on the county type Market Share Report. You can do this by clicking on the Current County dropdown and using the checkboxes to select multiple counties that will then display in the associated tables.  

Telehealth Added as a Place of Service

We have added telehealth to the Place of Service table on Physician Analyze pages due to market changes  observed since COVID-19. You can use this additional information to better understand how and where a physician sees patients.   

Other Enhancements:

Fix to Hospitalized +30 Days Column: We have fixed the Hospitalized +30 Days column on the SNF Destinations table on the Facility Analyze page. You will now see accurate data in the column, which was previously showing up as dashes due to an incorrect data source issue.

“Hospice Utilization” Changed to “Hospice Utilization (Mortalities)”: We renamed “Hospice Utilization” to “Hospice Utilization (Mortalities)” on the Physician Analyze page. This change clarifies the metric is based on the physician's hospice patients who died (as stated in the definition).

User Level Detail Expansion in Admin: We have added user level details to the Login Report on the Usage tab in Admin. You can now see an expansion on the Login Report, like the one shown on the Page Report, to provide more clarity on how your employees are using Marketscape.

Mobile Experience Optimization:  We have turned off drag and drop functionality within Engage on tablets and mobile devices. You can now manage these pages with greater ease while on the go. If you have additional feedback regarding mobile, contact us at jpuleio@trellahealth.com
