What is a Sales Spotlight Email?

Sales Spotlight emails provide a breakdown of the included skilled nursing facility's top metrics, including the top 3 hospice destinations, as well as a brief but in-depth comparison of how your agency compares to the facility's top hospice destinations. If you've received a Skilled Nursing Sales Spotlight Email, review the skilled nursing facility and determine if it would be a good target for you. Anyone can send you a Sales Spotlight from the Facility Analyze page within Marketscape for Hospice. You can even send one to yourself! Sending one to yourself is a great way to have that facility's information at your finger tips on your mobile device before a sales call.

How to send a Sales Spotlight Email

Once you have navigated to the Analyze page for a skilled nursing facility of interest, it is easy to send the Sales Spotlight email.

• The first step is to click on the "Email Sales Spotlight" button near the top left of the screen. The following dialog box will open:

• Click on the check boxes to the left of any of your team members who you want to receive the email.
• Notes: If you want to add a note that will be added to the email, you can type it into the box at the bottom of the dialog box.
• Click the "Send" button when you are done.
