For those of you who have been around Trella Health for a while, you might be accustomed to using a username instead of your email address. Your username will not work as of April 1, 2021. There are some ramifications to this:
Sign in Page
The URL for the login page is https://app.trellahealth.com. (You will be redirected automatically to another authentication page.)
- The Login page looks like the image to the right. Enter your Account email and your temporary password.
- Click on Sign in
- Since this is your first sign in, you will be required to provide a new password. The password requirements are shown in the image.
- Enter the password of your choice.
- click on Change
Forgot your Password
If you forget your password, you can create a new password by following this process.
Step 1 - Navigate to the sign in page
Navigate to the log in page: https://app.trellahealth.com.
(You will be redirected automatically to the authentication page.)
Step 2 - Click on Forgot your Password
This will take you to another page.
Step 3 - Enter your Email
Enter your Account email in the field named "email."
Click "Reset my password."
This will send an email to the email address you entered.
Potential Error - If you mistype the email, OR if the email you entered is not in our records, you will receive an error.
Make contact with your account administrator to confirm your email address, OR try another email address.
Step 4 - Product Notification email
The email you receive will include a 6 digit code. Copy that code
Step 5 - Enter the Code
Enter the six digit code into the "Code" field.
Step 6 - Choose a new password
Enter a new password - twice
The password requirements are displayed and will receive a checkmark as you satisfy each condition.
Click on "Change Password"
When you click on the "Change Password" button, you will be taken to the log in page where you can enter your email address and new password.
If you want to change your password, you have two ways to do this.
- Log out from Marketscape, and follow the "Forgot your password" procedure. (Above)
- Follow the Procedure below
Step 1 - Click on your name at the top right of any page in Marketscape
Step 2 - Click on settings
Step 3 - Click on "Change my password."
Step 4 - Type your new password.
For the most part, account issues can be resolved by clicking on the "Forgot your Password?" link on the sign in page: https://app.trellahealth.com.
|I don't know which email to use||This should be your company email address. You will need to get in touch with your company's account administrator in order to confirm the email address on your account.|
|I'm new! I don't have an account yet.||You will need to make contact with your company's account manager so they can verify the correct settings and set up your account.|
|I have access to the wrong State!||As long as your company has contracted for the state you want, your account administrator can add access to additional states.|
|I need another Line of Business!||Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing. If you need access to an additional line of business you will need to make contact with your account administrator.|
|I don't know who my Account Administrator is!||Send and email to Trella Health Support and we will track down your company's account Administrator.|
|I can't see the Explore page.||If you have been assigned the role Focused Sales Rep, you will not be able to see the Explore page. You will need to ask your account administrator to gain a higher level of access.|
|Any other Error||If nothing else works, send an email to the Trella Health support team and we will help you.|
