Sales Spotlight Enhancements to Expedite Your Workflow
Sales Spotlight is a recent major addition to Marketscape. This feature allows you to make your case for more referrals by providing you the metrics and conversation starters you need to prove your agency’s value.
You can explore Sales Spotlight by logging into Marketscape and visiting any Physician Analyze page. There, you’ll be greeted with pop-ups and tool tips to teach you the ins-and-outs of the new feature!
The “Insights” tab of all Physician Analyze pages is now called “Sales Spotlight.”
Make Fast Comparisons Between Your Agency and the Competition
In the “Our Agency Relationship” section of Sales Spotlight, you can now see at-a-glance how your agency stacks up against the competition with new metrics for RN visits in the last 3 and 7 days, all visits in the last 3 and 7 days, and hospitalization rate within 30-days of hospice discharge.
Whether it’s comparing your agency against the top agency destination or against state and county averages, Sales Spotlight automatically populates with whatever story will shine the brightest light on your agency’s capabilities.
Toggle Conversation Starters for Straight-Forward Data Explanations
The talking points previously only available in Sales Spotlight emails are now accessible in Marketscape! By clicking the “Conversation Starters” toggle next to the “Email Sales Spotlight” button, you can quickly transform all metrics in Sales Spotlight into an easy-to-decipher sentence format.
Share Sales Spotlight with Your Team in a Snap
Want to send Sales Spotlight to another Marketscape user in your organization? Now you can send the Sales Spotlight and summary script of all your data-driven conversation starters to your teammates in addition to yourself! Simply click the green “Email Sales Spotlight” button then select the user to whom you’d like to send Sales Spotlight.
Access Sales Spotlight Faster with Global Search Improvements
In this release, we’ve made new improvements to the global search bar allowing you to find your target provider without having to search in Explore. As a reminder, with the global search bar, you can search for any provider by Name, NPI, or Alias from anywhere within the product and navigate directly to that provider’s Analyze page. Visual enhancements to your global search results now make it easier to tell what type of provider each result is. Additionally, when you hover over any result, the full street address of the provider will now appear.
